Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING CLASSES:

All That Nutrition utilizes a variety of shipping services, USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.  Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st class or priority mail. Larger orders are shipped via UPS.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Springville Utah.  Delivery times range from 3-5 business days.  At this time, we do not have an expedited shipping option.

PLEASE NOTE: Our offices and shipping department are closed Saturday's and Sundays, we do not ship on these days.  Orders placed online during a weekend will ship on the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING:

We offer FREE SHIPPING to all orders over $125 at point of sale or when you sign up to our subscribe and save option.   

All domestic orders are included with our free shipping service, including Hawaii and Alaska.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the product must be unused and the bag undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number receipt for proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@allthatnutrition.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1730 N. Mountain Springs Parkway, Unit 100, Springville, Utah 84663.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUND PROCEDURE & POLICY:

You can return products within that time for any reason, no-questions-asked. If it has been more than 30 days, unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted - usually 10-14 business days. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE MEMBERS:

Subscribers can cancel subscriptions at any time. Please allow up to 7 days for subscriptions to be canceled. We cannot refund any recurring payments that happen within this 7 day cancellation period.

You can log into your account and adjust or edit the products or frequency of your subscription.

Cancellation Policy:

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to do so, you are able to do so by logging into your account and edit your subscription to cancel.  For questions or support you can contact our dedicated customer support team at support@allthatnutrition.co

Refund Policy for 6-Month and Annual Subscriptions:

Should you choose to cancel your 6-month or 12-month subscription, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining portion of your subscription, minus an early cancellation fee.  Below is a detailed explanation of our refund policy:

  • Prorated Refund: Your refund will be calculated based on the number of full months left in your subscription at the time of cancellation. This ensures that you are only billed for the period during which you had access to our subscription services.
  • Early Cancellation Fee: To cover administrative costs and the discounted pricing afforded by longer-term subscription commitments, an early cancellation fee will be applied. This fee amounts will be 10% of the 6-month plan and 20% of the 12-month plan for each month used, which will be deducted from your prorated refund.
  • Example:

If an annual subscription is cancelled after 4 months of use, 8 months remain. The refund will be calculated based on the subscription value of these 8 months, minus the early cancellation fee.

Processing Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days back to your original method of payment and allowing 5-7 business days for refund to be credited back to your financial institution.  Please note that we allow for this range of days for the refund is reflected to your account due to your bank or credit card issuer.

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
